It really isn’t as bad as you think. Yes, I’m talking to you. You think you got it bad because you gotta get up at every morning at the crack of dawn to make breakfast for your family. The woman who lost her family in a car accident says she will cook breakfast every day for your family for the rest of her life for one more day with hers.
The homeless man sleeping in the alley because he lost his job due to cutbacks is willing to pay into your retirement if you help him get a job, and a little food.
Let’s see maybe the woman whose spouse is serving in the military in active duty could offer you some sympathy.
Get over it!
It really isn’t as bad as you think.
In life some rain will fall. Trust me I have shed many tears. I have felt so low that I didn’t think I would ever get back up.
But you know what? I did then and I will again. And you will too.
I was inspired to write this post after meeting a woman who shared her story about being unemployed because her kidneys are failing her and she can no longer function at her normal baseline.
This then made me think of a good friend who is battling cancer.
I could go on and on, but you must get the point.
So I ask. Is it really as bad as you think? This isn’t just about being an optimist it’s about dancing in the rain. So tell me, do you dance in the rain?
